ABOUT US

We’re two women on a mission to do sport differently.

Sport is a space where women can connect to their innate power and a sense of belonging. It nurtures you through connection, comradery, fun, and play. Through sport, we learn how to show up fully in life.

We live in a time where equity needs to be how we live, not merely a conversation. Despite strides in gender inclusivity, traditional masculine norms still dominate, emphasizing power, competition, and toughness. While we yearn for change, navigating the path forward can be daunting. What paradigms must shift? What quantum leaps are needed? Though we may not have all the answers, we are offering a compassionate space to have heart-centered conversations about the tough stuff that comes up in sport. We offer evidence-informed ideas from a compassionate lens to you, the listener.

Join us for an elevated conversation about what it takes for women and girls to rise and shine in sport and movement spaces.
